Deposits and fees will be applied to your account for various reasons. Outlined on this page are each reason you may see a fee or deposit on your account.

A deposit, equal to two times the average monthly bill or the required minimum, is required within 10 days of establishing service. Your deposit earns interest and is applied to your account after 12 consecutive months of excellent payment history. If your credit check shows excellent credit history the deposit may be waived. Below are deposits for residential customers:
