PAY YOUR BILL

In addition to mailing your payment, you can pay your bill online, over the phone or at any of our convenient pay stations. Both online and phone payments allow transferring funds electronically from your bank account or accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover only) for payment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

SMARTHUB ONLINE

Once you have established your SmartHub account, you can pay your bill with E-Check, credit card or set up AutoPay for monthly automatic payments from your checking or credit card. Please login to your account for this service.

PAY NOW ONLINE

Easily access the Pay Now button from the top right-hand corner of the Inland Power website or the right-hand corner of your SmartHub online account page. This is an easy way to make a one-time payment to your account.

INLAND POWER AND LIGHT OFFICE

You may pay your monthly Inland Power & Light bill by credit card or check by phone at (855) 386-9903. This service accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.

PAY STATIONS

If you would like to make a payment in person and can’t make it to our office, there are a number of payment stations throughout Inland Power’s service territory. Please feel free to make a payment at any of the locations below. Please note:

  • You’ll need to have a copy of your entire bill (not just the stub) to make a payment at a payment station.

  • Various fees will apply depending on the location.

  • Payments are not posted immediately. There will be a delay of one to three days before payments are logged to your account at Inland Power. Please make payment three days before your due date.

  • Some locations will not accept payment if you have a disconnect notice.
