Energy Efficient Manufactured Housing

This program is designed to encourage members to build or purchase more energy efficient homes than the Washington State Energy Code requires. Once the home is completed or purchased and all requirements have been met, a rebate is issued. You will be rewarded with lower heating and cooling bills and a more comfortable living environment.

Energy Star homes may be constructed with electric or non-electric fuel sources, however, Inland's reimbursements shall only be for new electrically-heated homes.
