General Description:
Responsibilities:
Duties include, but may not be limited to, scanning existing file
documents into a Digital Imaging system. Documents must be imaged
and stored correctly to ensure quick recovery of information when
needed. The Digital Imaging Administrative Assistant may be responsible
for organizing documents for input and tracking what work has been
completed.

3. The aptitude to learn and apply technology
4. The ability to solve problems and make logical decisions
5. Good verbal communication skills
6. Must be well organized and manage time well
7. Be on time for every scheduled work shift

opening for a Financial Analyst - Plant Accountant. Inland Power,

Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst - Plant Accountant performs plant accounting
tasks and oversees accounting side of the work order process and
inventory management. Assists line managers in financial analysis
and cost-effective decision-making. Will be assigned special projects
and is accountable for successful completion of those projects.
Using GAAP and the FERC system of accounts, record financial transactions
of the Cooperative and assist in preparation of the financial statements.
Prepare financial analysis that will give management the tools to
make decisions and efficiently manage their departments. Assist
other employees in the accounting department as needed.
Minimum Requirements
B.A. or B.S. in accounting is required with two to three years of
experience using integrated accounting software. Must be fully competent
in Microsoft Office, and experience with other accounting software
is required. Must have excellent communications skills, the ability
to build and maintain relationships across the organization, and
the desire to work in a strong team environment.
